HOYA Netherlands needed a strategic leader capable of maintaining its market leadership, strengthening relationships with key clients, and driving growth in a highly competitive optical sector. The new MD would also need to navigate the evolving retail landscape, balancing relationships between large optical retail groups and independent opticians.

We successfully placed an experienced and dynamic leader, who will take over as Managing Director in April 2025. The appointed candidate:
