The Project
In 2016, Ottobock decided to refocus its attention on Europe, consolidating its activities in the Nordic and Benelux markets. This strategic shift led to the formation of a young, highly international management team. Our objective was to unlock the full potential of this team through comprehensive coaching and development programs, preparing them to succeed within the new business model and diverse markets.
Kienbaum Approach
We employed a variety of methods to coach and mentor Ottobock’s management team in the greater Nordic region. This included management diagnostics, 360° feedback, and assessment procedures. Executives from Finland, Sweden, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Scotland participated in numerous strategy conferences focused on the company's future in the Nordic and Benelux markets.
By working on group dynamics within the team and with individual members, we helped establish the leadership cadre as a multifaceted and effective team. Our approach ensured that the new leadership was well-prepared to achieve success and drive the company forward in its redefined markets.
