Royal Philips, headquartered in the Netherlands, is a leading provider of health technology. Its mission is to improve people's health and support them with products and solutions across all phases of the health continuum. Philips sought to implement an internal assessment and external recruitment process for the position of Country CEO (m/f) for Philips AG Switzerland.

Challenge

Philips required a comprehensive approach to identify and select the ideal candidate for the Country CEO position. Our team assisted in contractual negotiations, providing insights from Kienbaum’s compensation experts. Additionally, we supported the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and continued success through a solid follow-up process for performance and satisfaction assessments.
