I bring a broad background in organizational psychology and health education to my role as a Senior Associate at Kienbaum, driven by my inherent interest in understanding the psychological and physiological attributes of individuals. Over the years, I have had the privilege of placing executives across a broad spectrum of functions, including commercial, operations, finance, and general management, spanning various industries from consumer goods to digital platforms, semiconductors, industrial manufacturing, building materials/construction, and wholesale. This diversity of experience has allowed me to become a true generalist in this field. My curiosity about people and their cultures has been key in developing a flexible and comprehensive approach to executive search.
