Expertise & Biography
I am a psychological anthropologist at heart and an executive headhunter by profession, co-leading Kienbaum Netherlands' Defence, Digital Security, and Dual-Use Technology practice. With over three and a half years in executive search and recruitment, I take a research- and relationship-driven approach to talent acquisition. I've placed candidates across 13 European countries in industries such as defense, agri-food, heavy industry, mining, manufacturing, logistics, financial services, and professional services. An award-winning qualitative researcher, I hold an MSc in Cultural Anthropology from Utrecht University and a BA in Politics, Philosophy, Economics, and Social Science from Trinity College Dublin.
