Expertise & Biography
I am a Dutch national, born and raised in different countries across the globe and completed schooling in French schools, followed by a degree in International Business in The Netherlands and the USA. I have over 2 decades of international experience in the professional services industry: International Tax, Global Mobility and Executive Search. Over the past years in Executive Search, I have focused on senior positions in sustainability, ESG, and impact spaces since 2021. I work across EMEA with a diverse client base, including scale-ups, family-owned firms, stock-listed conglomerates, and PE-backed portfolio companies.
A significant portion of my work has been in B2B markets, particularly in sectors like industrial companies, the Built Environment and Infrastructure, Nature Based Solutions, Circularity, Textiles & Apparel, Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals, Agriculture & Food Systems, and Logistics & Transport. I have focused on placing ESG and Sustainability leaders, senior subject-matter experts, and various C-suite & Director positions in impact-driven organizations.

What inspires me
, is the entrepreneurial, ambitious and particularly professional culture, which is directly reflected in the mindset of all my colleagues. I enormously appreciate the support and collaboration with my Kienbaum colleagues, to further build our ESG and Sustainability Practice. This is more to me than ‘just’ my field of work. It is also my passion and I made the deliberate choice to contribute to this mission through my profession.
