About the Organization
Our client is a fast-growing and successful international supplier of building materials, operating across 15 countries. The company distinguishes itself through its entrepreneurial mindset, pragmatic approach, and highly ambitious expansion strategy.
The Role
As Regional CEO Northern & Central Europe you will manage multiple country operations with a workforce of +400 FTE. His/her leadership will be instrumental in fostering synergies across markets, optimizing sales performance, and driving revenue growth.
This role offers flexibility in location within North/Central Europe and requires regular travel (ca. 3-4 days per week).
Ideal Candidate
- 15+ years of progressive commercial experience, with a track record in growth and EBITDA improvements.
- At least 5+ years of experience in end-responsible roles, with P&L responsibility, managing an MT and leading cross-functional teams (e.g. commercial, logistics).
- 3+ years of experience managing operations in 4+ countries.
- Track record in a B2B technical distribution environment.
- Experience in professionalizing organizational processes and creating synergies across countries.
- Master’s degree in engineering or business.
- Fluency in English and a 2nd language (e.g. German).

- A dynamic and motivational leader possessing excellent people management skills, persuading, driving and coaching coupled with a high degree of empathy and sensitivity.
- Ability to drive impactful changes through compelling communication and creating natural buy-in, rather than pushing things through based on hierarchy.
- Pragmatic and down-to-earth as well as hands-on, comfortable in an environment with limited support staff and limited structures in place.
- Highly skilled in stakeholder management, connecting with people at all levels (e.g. suppliers, peers, headquarter, team).
- Entrepreneurial mindset and driven to thrive in a fast paced and changing environment.
